hey guys im building my first rig and im still learning about everything, im trying to build a decent gaming rig for 300 pounds in total, so my question is what would be the best mother board for 50-100 depending on what on offer. id prefer to keep the budget low but if there's a substantial difference in performance i can always stretch.
would it be better money wise to get this:

or this cause its z87

in conclusion im buy parts as i go and the cheaper the better. i wish to play dayz/arma 3 on high setting, with a core i5 (later to be named) and i am going to get a nividia card (cause i am familiar/confertable with them) and finally this system is NOT going to be overclocked
