Asus Replacement card making a buzzing noise

My first card started making a buzzing sound when in use and was causing crashes to desktop, and a whistling sound when exiting to desktop. I RMA'd it and they sent me a refurbished one, it was working fine since Thursday now it's making the same buzzing/whistling sound. It isn't crashing but the sound is ridiculously annoying. Does asus eventually send a properly refurbished or new product when getting rma's? Also the card i received had a few scratches on the pcb along with some glue on it.

Which asus card do you have? I own a 670 directcu ii. It only makes audible buzzing noise when I am running folding. Very often it is caused by coil whining. It is mostly harmless and does not affect performance adversely.
