I don't have a budget for that right now I just want to get something for my computer for no more than 90 dollars that would decrease lag in games.
  3. 80-90 dollars? That's a tight budget...
What game are you playing anyway?

I know I was going to build a computer but then I bought a new TV. I am playing LOL is there anyway to get my performance on this game to at least med or high on a 90 max budget?

Oh, LoL, it doesn't take much to run that, I can run LoL maxed out on 1080p with a dual core (No hyperthreading) and a
gt 650. If you want to get better performance, I would recommend getting a new CPU because there's not much point to graphics in that game.

How much FPS are you getting now? What is your FPS target you want to hit?

On very low setting with 1200 x 700 somewhere near that full screen and getting minimum lag if possible I would like to get as close to the best quality as possible for my price range.

I think it will be better to get a Gpu instead of cpu. Look at these benchmarks athlon 260(which is only one tier above ur cpu) getting 100 fps so it will be better if u upgrade ur graphics card to 7750.

Get HD 7750 graphics card, its the best possible upgrade in $80.

If u can get $90 then u can get this it has ddr5 memory which makes it faster than the above ddr3 version.
