I already bought this build, but please give me feedback anyway since this is my first time building, I don't know much about it and don't want to blow anything up. is it a good build? is everything compatible? btw- I don't know if this matters much but I'd mostly be using it to play Sims 3 and FFXIV.
I'm scared cause just now I read some not so great things about the PSU, and I reaaally don't want to set my house on fire cause my dad would kill me lol ): wondering now if I should've went with a Corsair.
 
Solution
The CX600 is non-modular and the CX600M is semi-modular. On non-modular power supplies all the cables come out of the power supply (Even the ones you might not need) and you can't disconnect them from the power supply to reduce cable clutter. With a semi-modular power supply only two of the cables are attached to the power supply and the res are separate. (The two attached are essential) All the other cables such as graphics card power cables or SATA power cables come in the power supply box and plug into the the power supply. With a semi-modular or modular system you can only plug in what you need and you keep the other cables in the box. This helps reduce cable clutter and makes it look nicer.
I suggest you go with the M model. (It is...
