Gaming Graphic Card? Upgrade Cpu I need help Qiuick

I was wondering what would be best for my computer to make it better in gaming speed so that it didn't lag . If i need to get a graphics card would this one be good ? Oh and could someone please reply quickly, and I only have a budget of around 80 no more than 90 dollars. Could someone reply quickly? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It is a slimline that only supports low profile GPU's with 220 watt PSU, it has a slot for a card but the PSU is small for running a HD7750 but might work http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Safer maybe go with HD6570 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
