How do I install, uninstall, delete, default hardware drivers in Windows 8?

Hey guys, Im building a custom PC and I know Windows 8 installs it's own default drivers so I'm wondering how do I install, uninstall, delete hardware drivers in Windows 8? I have a Asus Geforce 650TI and a Gigabyte 78LMT-US3 motherboard.

A step by step or video on how to do this thoroughly would be preferred and greatly appreciated.

1. Right click on computer icon
2. select properties
3. click device manager (its in top left corner)
4. click on the computer component/driver
5. right click on the driver/component
6. select uninstall

You can just download and install the drivers that you want...so download your gpu driver from nvidia and install using the installation process..chipset, LAN, audio, etc. from Gigabyte...just like installing a program.

But as I do this will it automatically uninstall, and delete old drivers?
