What is a good low profile CPU cooler?

My case isn't very wide, with the motherboard in it there is only about 140 mm of space between the CPU and the case. Are there any good but not very tall CPU coolers?

My budget is $30- $50

The cooler needs to fit AM3+

with mods above should handle your amd processor easily keep old fan as a spare

have it in power mode as its cfm is 30 more then the old fan when in power mode
