Maximum RAM not being used?

Are you looking at your task manager? It should say:
Physical Memory (MB)
Total
Cached
Available
Free
Does the total say 6000 and available say 3600? It just means that you are using 2.4Gb of RAM. It should say in the Usage section right above it what you are using. Or are you saying that your total is 3600?
