Windows 8 Pro - BSOD / Crashing / Automatic Repair Loop - HELP PLEASE

I have had crashing in the past few days (not sure what caused it - that's what I'm hoping to figure out). It started with the PC not shutting down. I would shut down and it would just restart instead.

Since it has BSOD on me twice - the second time it went into an automatic repair loop and after several hours I ended up doing a PC Refresh.

This has worked for now, but since all of programs have been uninstalled, I want to know what caused the problem so I don't just run into it again.

My minidump file is located here: http://sdrv.ms/GC2leL

I can't figure out how to read this file, or if it will be helpful.

Windows also created the following log files on my windows folder (now windows.old) during the automatic repair:

http://sdrv.ms/1bztopg and http://sdrv.ms/1bztpcV

Hardware Specs:
Motherboard: P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
Processor: i7-2600K
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB
Boot Drive: Crucial m4 256
Hard Drive: 2x WD 1TB Black Raid 0
Video Card: EVGA GTX 670
PSU: Corsair 1200W

Forgot to add that to the list:
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB

Running memtest now - will see how it goes.

Ran Memtest 5.01 overnight (~9 hours) and no errors on 5+ passes.

Started messing around in windows again this morning (trying to figure out how to read these .dmp files - any insight there?) and it has crashed again.

Here are the new memory dumps from this morning:

http://sdrv.ms/1cjw2Py

http://sdrv.ms/17IXvGE

Since I had to do the refresh I do not have any programs on here and have not loaded any drivers or anything, so I'm not sure that that would be an issue, but hoping it's not hardware.

I have been running an overclock (4.5ghz@1.35 volts) for about 2 years now without issue - ran the memtest with default clock settings and XMP profile (which I checked - all the settings match the corsair recommended).

Also ran WindowSmart 2013 - no errors on the SSD; can't check the HDD since it's a RAID array.

Any other thoughts?

Unfortunately no - I reverted to standard clocks last night (with xmp profile for the ram) and ran memtest. Closed memtest this morning and started windows up (looking for a way to read the dump files) and it crashed on me again then. Gave WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR with the blue screen.

I posted links to the new dumps above.

Crashed again this morning after about 30 minutes in prime95 at stock settings - temps around 60C.

Any other suggestions to also rule out the psu? I'll try running on the on board video for now and see how that goes. Thinking its between the CPU and board though after the prime95 test.
