Looks like you are building it off a 3rd party vendor website, but I'd really suggest you build it yourself. Saves quite a bit of money, and it's simple, really.

Same Cpu, good motherboard with plenty of overclocking options. Good cooling solution for those Cpu overclocks. Great case for cooling and cable routing, and showing off your work. Psu has plenty of power, is semi-modular, and is a great build quality for a great price. If you think you might want to add a 2nd video card down the road, I'd jump up to a 850w though. Great Ram for the price that is at CAS 9 and 2133mhz. No reason to spend more for the speed, but at this price its preferable. Standard 1tb HDD paired with a great 250gb SSD. OS and optical drive included of course.

I wouldn't buy the 780 simply because it's not worth the extra money over the performance you'd gain by using that over the 770. Another thing to consider is the fact that the new Radeons are literally right around the corner. They might offer better performance for less money, or might force nVidia to drop the prices on their current Gpu's to compete. This close, I'd wait a week to decide.
