New Gaming PC-Up to 800 Euro

Hey guys, I planned, to build a new gagming PC, because my old one is getting too slow for new games.
I thought about this setup:

Processor: Intel Xeon E3 1230-V3
Powercolor HD 7970 OC
MSI Z87-G43
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Gskill RipjawsX 4x2 GB
Zalmann Z11
Skythe Katana 4

What do you think about it and should i change something? And what do you think how many watts should my Power supply have?

Change CPU cooler to Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. OR stock cooler because you cant overclock. Actually, just get an i5.

Get a 650w PSU from antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

just go with an i5 4670k everything else is fine

Ok i changed the processor to the i5 4670K...but what do you think about this CPU cooler: Enermax ETS-T40-BK

then i will let the hyper 212 in my system. I just want to overclock a bit and intel doesn't get that hot like AMD...
