This is my first built so I have very minimal knowledge in building a desktop. Much help is appreciated. I picked all the parts in neweggs but I am not sure if these are right for me and will work.

I'm not a hardcore gamer but I will play some games, sc,cs,LoL. I run a lot of cpuintensive processes ,Alot of multitasking, downloading, video watching.

My budget is around $600. But these came out to around $700. Is $700 a lot for a non hardcoregamer? I'm thinking about longterm, so if this $700 build will last me 5+ years than I guess I will be fine with it.

Am I way over my head with this? :(

-Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with Upgraded USB 3.0 $109.99

-Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive - OEM $69.99

-RAIDMAX RX-635AP 635W ATX 12V v2.3/EPS 12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Full Modular Power Supply$ 69.99

Memory is very expensive for some reason :(

there is 2 big problems:
1. you need a socket 1150 motherboard for an i5 4670k
2. raidmax psus are garbage. choose a corsair, seasonic or xfx one

a quality 500W is more then enough for your system with no discrete graphics card.

as u said u arent a hardcore gamer and arent gonna play games like bf4 or crysis 3 so just get a low end card like hd 7770 or 650ti it would be great for gaming alot better than only the cpu
