Great. Can you go more deep in video card why do i need more $$$$s one. And why a gt520 or $25 video card cant play any thing.

Okay, a GPU provides signals to display video on your monitor. It helps process video. Basically, for example, let's say a your GT 520 can run BF4 at 20 fps. A card that is more $, such as a Radeon HD 7770 can run BF4 at 30-45 fps, which will make your gameplay smooth. In other words, a more expensive GPU will process faster, which will give you a more smooth video.

With a $400 budget, you get grab a GTX 770 (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162135). This is a great card , you get Batman for free too. You can probably max any game at Full 1080p.

A Radeon HD 7970 is a good choice too. (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121560) They are both very similar in performance, but the GTX 770 is a bit better. However the Radeon HD 7970 would be cheaper and you get 3 free games.
