Horrible frames on Mirrors Edge

Hello, I have a 7850 and an A8 5500 APU and I just got Mirrors Edge and ran through the tutorial and first mission just fine on ultra settings with good frames, but then I got to the 3rd mission and you have to run inside from guards and my frames drop to about 2 fps and it's more a slideshow then a game. I put all the settings on lowest and stilll only get like 4 fps? Is this my CPU or my GPU or just a bug in the game?

Sounds to me like a bug in the game, It all uses new video card features so update video card drivers to newest and reinstall. Then run the game as administrator.

I think it was my driver? I was using Catalyst 13.10 beta so I installed 13.9 and bumped my settings up to highest and it runs great now.
