First I "found" a great keyboard...but cant actually find where to buy it!

It looks like my ideal keyboard. I love the design. Love that its mechanical. Like the Macros. Really, I don't see and real cons except I cant find it to buy!

http://www.cmstorm.com/en/products/keyboards/MECH/

It looks like a good solid quality product!

If any1 can recommend a similar keyboard or find me this one, I would really be appreciative!

I prefer to avoid Razer on mice and keyboards. As They have many cases of going bad in a few months. And the macro software seems more of a nuisance than aid based on reviews I have read.
However I have had good Razer experience in the past and as a last resort would be willing to look at them.

The oroborus looks really cool, and not sure if there is much else in that class of devices.

I prefer to move my wrist VERY LITTLE. I am talking moving it millimeters to traverse a single screen.
MOUSE:
What I look For:
High DPI 5200+
Macro 5+ (not including mouse wheel)
Wired and braided or with additional wireless functionality.
Long cord.
Good quality Feel.
And cool looks! I don't care for lights though. If it has it fine, but not necessary.

KEYBOARD
what I look for:
Mechanical. Probably MX Brown (unless you know some amazing non-mechanical keyboard)
Wired.
Long braided cord.
Macro either on left side, or by thumb.
Numpad.
15+key-press recognition.
PREFERRED BUT OPTIONAL:
Usb 3 ports
Audio and mic
Volume control
backlights
Again, I want it to look good.

This is my kind of thread, I consider myself a periphile I coined that word :D.

Well that is one nice looking keyboard sadly it is not even in my continent let alone my country. I take it you are in the UK since that is the only logical explanation why you can't get it, however might I suggest next time you go to France to take it with you on your way back. I mean you guys can travel through the tunnel with cars so driving it back home shouldn't be a problem. You could even get someone to drive it back for you if they go there just make sure to order it or whatever.

If however you are not in the UK and you are somewhere completely different I have no suggestions on how to get the CM storm if it's not in your country :(

For mice...

For mice:

Razer Ouroboros as you mentioned it is wireless though so you will have to make peace with 2 things it is Razer and it has no cord.

I have the mamba 2013 and I love it, thinking of getting the Obuboros myself.

Roccat Kone XTD you will like it is is rather affordable and is very stylish I believe it has 6 programmable buttons so - the mouse wheel it's 5 just like you requested.
Logitech G602 (very futuristic) http://gaming.logitech.com/en-za/product/g602-wireless-gaming-mouse
Depending on what kind of games you play Logitech G500/600 if the 5 programmable buttons aren't super important have a look at the GX9 it was a beast too

Many people I know use and swear by the SteelSeries Sensei I don't know it's ot my style and I believe it doesn't have 5 programmable buttons

Razer Naga 2014 because I use my Naga Molten more than my Mamba so I had to mention it. (I also have an Alienware mouse stay away! And I also have a Thermaltake Tt eSports Black they are very reliable for a entry level market price I will recommend a better one for you though)
Genius GX Gaming Gila because it looks interesting I am testing Genius out because they have had a long rep of bad stuff so at the moment I have the Cavimanus as my main gaming headset (don't have any complaints it's quite premium quality for the price reminds me allot about logitech since they are excellent for a good price and always will be)

Razer DeathAdder just mentioning it because just like the Sensei many people I know swear by it... I believe the latest one is the 2013 ed I might be wrong.

Another super futuristic one is of course the Corsair Vengeance M95 but have a look at any of the M series.

Last but not least the Thermaltake Tt eSports Element Black, I forgot to mention but that's just because I don't like the way they look the R.A.T. series (have a look if you like that sort of thing)

Keyboards:

Have a look at these you have to pick for yourself this is really about personal preference ect. So many factors some people aboslutely hate noise other can live with it some people prefer this some prefer that so I will just link a bunch and tell you I use a Thermaltake Challlenger Pro (not even expensive for a gaming keyboard and I type faster than anyone I know) It is super comfortable looks good but not nearly as sleek as that CM Storm Aluminum you posted. So I would suggest getting a more premius keyboard like the:

http://www.corsair.com/en/gaming-peripherals/gaming-keyboards.html

http://steelseries.com/products/keyboards

Razer really aren't that good for keyboards so I will not link them. For mice I would recommend them though

Personaly recommendations for you closest I can think of for CM Storm are :

I have a TTEsports Meka G-unit Green Battle Edition Cherry Black (short name, huh?) and I love it so far, it is really well built, heavy so it doesn't slide around, and the macro keys are amazing, better than any others. It has onboard memory so you can use them whenever. I use one of mine for the password to log into my computer and it just takes one keypress. The illumination is great, you can change the brightness (the white is very bright at max) and even though not every key is lit, it is just enough for you to know where your fingers are. You can also reassign keys to something else in the software, for example you can make "t" a macro key. It has volume control, audio and usb, and something I love about it is that when you push num/scroll/caps lock they actually light up.
