what power supply is needed for Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2

and is 450W enough?

It depends more on what GPU you use but 450watts is enough for a system with mainstream GPU.

amd athlon II or AMD 2.8 GHz AM3 Sempron 145 now buddy do you think it will be enough ?

GPU=Graphics card. Like I said it will run a system with for example HD7850 or GTX660 to name GPU's.

Here is the CPU support list http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-p... I am presuming you are meaning the X2 270 which is on the list.
