PCPartPicker sucks because it includes MAIL IN rebates into the final checkout price. Anyone who's ever dealt with MIRs knows many aren't ever honored and some of the ones that are you have to fight for.

Also, I'm not a fan of this build. I'd rather see an FX-6300 (assuming it HAS to be an AMD CPU), 7970, 600W 80+ bronze PSU that costs ~$50-60, and a small SSD.

Actually you are incorrect, but in my experiences I have built 6+ computers using pc part picker, and never ever had a single problem with MIR.

Wait, are you saying he is incorrect about this gaming build being bad? Is this a decent gaming build? You think it should be featured? ;)

PCPartPicker doesn't send the rebates, manufacturers do. My beef with PCPartPicker is they include MIR into final price when they're far from a sure thing. EVEN IF you do receive it, you have to wait ~3 months. Manufacturers usually employ a rebate house that will go out of their way to not honor anything. I have had NUMEROUS problems getting rebates honored. In my opinion, they should be counted as potential bonuses and not sure things. My last build I had over $50 in rebates that were never honored despite me filling out the correct paperwork, mailing it in time, and providing UPC and newegg receipts with dates.
