Problems with many games......

Hi .........i have recntly upgraded my GPu to nvidia 210 1 gb.
My rig:
Ram : 2 GB
Processor : AMd sempron 145
Graphics : Nvidia Geforce 210 1 gb

I can play but games like GTA 4, Call of duty modernwarfare . farcry 2 on medium settings with very less lag........or you can say very much playable frame rates...........but when i run Mostwanted 2012.........it first starts and shows a circle sign and then a white screen appears and nothing happens..........Also when i start Farcry 3 a black screen comes and nothing happens........
Can someone help me?

your graphics card is designed you basic use and not for gaming it is natural for the things you experience to happen we usually install this graphics card for people that are going to be using word and transferring files its not capable of playing demanding games like far cry 3.
far cry 3 minimum requirements are GeForce 8600 GT 2 gb ram and a dual core cpu
