This is My PC Config:
-> Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB RAM,
-> Intel DH67 CL Motherboard
-> Intel Core i5-2500K (2nd Generation) 3.30 Ghz
-> Graphic Card: Forsa Geforce 9500GT 1 GB
-> HDD: 2
-> Combo drive
-> Cabinet: iBall i6363

Right now on-> Supply: iBall LPE/LPS 223-400 (250 W) power supply.

Do you guys think Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU would suit my PC config?? ( And i also plan on upgrading my graphic card soon) So keeping that in mind is this a good PSU? for the present and for next few years?

I have a budget of 4,000Rs.

That would have been my next question after getting a nod to buy the PSU! :p

so if i buy the Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU
which Graphic card should i buy?
and i would be having a tight budget even for the GPU.. around 5 to 6,000 Rs.

even thought Corsair is 650 watts compared to 500 of seasonic?
is investing in 500 watts instead of 650 watts justified in this case?

Dude I know its late but.....Even though it may sound costly in India,but trust me these low end solutions wouldn't satisfy you.If you haven't purchased GPU,I would suggest u to take a look at GTX 750 or GTX 750ti.I know they are out of budget but believe me you won't regret taking this decision

PS:Hope I'm not too late on this!
