guys, i accidently bought a high wattage psu . because i don't have enough knowledge at that time.
i bought Corsair CMPSU-850TXV2UK 850 Watts PSU
my specs r an atx motherboard
intel core i3
4 gb ram
1500 gb hardisk
a xfx 1gb ddr5 graphic card
i just wanna know can this psu will cause overheating to my system . i am so worried about this. because i can't afford any damage. reason is tight budget.
graphic card is XFX ATI Radeon R 7770 Core Edition 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
and can u guys tell me that can this psu give me a overbilling.

the psu won't cause overheating, let's just say you have an advantage over a future upgrade for the cpu, gpu, if they'll need more power, you already have it. it will not give you overbilling, components are. but you have low power consumption components. it will consume about 110W when you're surfing the web, and about 250W when gaming.

Exactly. The PSU will only draw enough power to supply what your system needs. So it won't be drawing 850W, it'll be drawing 110-250W like he said, depending on what you're actually doing on your PC.
