AMD/ATI 5670 ICEQ 1GB GDDR5 or sapphire amd 6670 1gb ddr3 or ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 Synergy Edition 4 GB DDR3 Graphics Card best of them?

i would suggest you to go with Nvidia GT 630 though AMD 6670 beats 630 but as you said you got budget restriction and 1 GB is not enough for modern games. But i would say not to go with the 4 GB model if you are going to use it for games, 2GB would be enough. You could save some bucks for yourself.
