best cheapish case for watercooling

wel my friend is searching for a case that will support at least a dual 240mm or more rad and 1 120mm or 140mm rad for his new rig. he would like to have a case that supports dual 240mm or 280mm or a 240 and 280mm rad for his new rig but we can't quite find a good case for it . his budget is 150 but he would have liked to keep it at around 100€ sofar the best one we have found is an corsair carbide 400 r buut its not so easy for dual 240 rads. anyways thanks

thanks for the answer but we found the corsair cm690 III on sale for 70€ here so that seems to be the better deal i think
