5 months ago I bought a Samsung laptop, that came with Windows 8 pre-installed on it.
Yesterday I was doing what I usually do - homework, Facebook etc. - when I noticed that none of my extensions in Google Chrome were working, so I restarted my laptop.
When it started up, it was taking a long time to load, and at this point only showing the samsung logo with the spinning load icon. I pressed the power button, and then turned it on again and was then greeted by ''Automatic Repair''. I let it load through to the ''Diagnosing your PC'' and then gave me two options; to restart or continue.
First of all I clicked restart, and nothing happened, so I turned it on and off again. I then went through the same steps as before, but instead pressed cancel and nothing happened. I then turned it on and off again and then it simply showed me the loading screen with the Samsung logo, and then went onto a blue screen with a sad smiley face. After a few attempts I managed to read '' INACCESSIBLE_BOOT-DEVICE ". It is now stuck in this loop, and my only sort of saviour is F10, which takes me to the boot manager and gives me the option to " Reset to Manufacturing Default ".
If anybody could help me it would be great.
I also do not have any form of disk to back anything up with, and I would like to avoid having to send it in for repair, however if no other option is available I will consider it.
Thanks in advance!
