Stuck in infinite reboot loop

5 months ago I bought a Samsung laptop, that came with Windows 8 pre-installed on it.
Yesterday I was doing what I usually do - homework, Facebook etc. - when I noticed that none of my extensions in Google Chrome were working, so I restarted my laptop.
When it started up, it was taking a long time to load, and at this point only showing the samsung logo with the spinning load icon. I pressed the power button, and then turned it on again and was then greeted by ''Automatic Repair''. I let it load through to the ''Diagnosing your PC'' and then gave me two options; to restart or continue.

First of all I clicked restart, and nothing happened, so I turned it on and off again. I then went through the same steps as before, but instead pressed cancel and nothing happened. I then turned it on and off again and then it simply showed me the loading screen with the Samsung logo, and then went onto a blue screen with a sad smiley face. After a few attempts I managed to read '' INACCESSIBLE_BOOT-DEVICE ". It is now stuck in this loop, and my only sort of saviour is F10, which takes me to the boot manager and gives me the option to " Reset to Manufacturing Default ".

If anybody could help me it would be great.
I also do not have any form of disk to back anything up with, and I would like to avoid having to send it in for repair, however if no other option is available I will consider it.
Thanks in advance!

Solution
You could really do with a Windows Installation disk, or at the very least a Repair disk. Do you have a pal that is running W8 that would create a Repair disk for you? (Just type 'Create' at the Start Screen and choose 'Create Recovery Drive' from Settings

Windows 8 is notorious for these boot issues, and sometimes they are not easy to resolve.
Let the computer go through the repair options until you reach an option for advanced start up, here you will have access to system restore.
Give system restore a go, and if that doesn't work, enter BIOS with F2 on boot and select set HDD to boot priority.

Good luck, keep us posted.

Set HDD to boot priority. Still same result.

My friend is searching for a 16 gig USB to help me out - once I have it I'll tell you if it works.
Thanks for your help!

Just as I am typing this, I have put in a Recovery disc that my friend gave me.
So far it has gone through the whole Automatic Repair -> Diagnosing your PC -> Checking for disk errors -> And then given me the option to cancel or restore. I clicked restore, and it said it could take up to/over an hour, and then goes back to the Samsung logo, without a 'loading' circle. I'm going to leave it to run and see if anything happens.

You should be able to get into 'troubleshooting' then 'Advanced Options' where you can use Command Prompt to run System File Checker
Type sfc /scannow then Enter

You're welcome. Don't know why the 'Repair' takes so long, but others have reported similar waits, it pays to be patient I guess...

Are all the files on my computer deleted during this? Also do I need a dvd or a 16 gb memory stick? I have a windows 7 installation disk but when I put it in my lapotop nothing happens it still keeps looping... it restarts on 100% and it begins to do everything all over again :( I have tried abolutely everything... Thank you in advance!

Auto Repair shouldn't affect your files. Best to have a USB drive for Recovery. (It's the only choice if you're running 8.1, CD/DVD possible if you're still on 8)Size depends on your PC and whether or not you need to Refresh/Reset or just repair. Repair only requires 512Mb USB, but if you have, say, a laptop with a Recovery Partition, then you'll need a 16Gb USB as there is an option to copy the Recovery Partition to enable Refresh/Reset.
Refresh keeps your personal data files, but removes any additional software you installed. Reset removes everything, a 'clean' start...
