BF4 low fps's and can i play it?

I have a gtx 660 DCII 2gb and a i5-3570k and also 8 gb of vengeance ram, and i'm getting from 10 to 20 fps's on the BF4 beta, is it my computer or is it the game's problem?

I think it's the beta, i get relatively the same performance on high, low, and auto optimized by nvidia. I also tried it at 1080p and 1440p. I have an i5-3570k@4.2 and a gtx 670 at stock.
