Here is my support ticket with XFX:
I have purchased your XFX CORE Edition FX-777A-ZNF4 Radeon HD 7770 and after I installed the video card and got everything working I installed the driver for the card. After I installed the driver white dot squares appeared all over the screen. They are small white dots that are grouped in squares and they clutter the screen. These dots are black when it is a white image and white when it is a black image. Here is a picture of what I am talking about(It also confirms its not my monitor)

After doing some research and asking some helpful people in an IRC(interent chat room) I think that the video ram may be busted. I think my only option is to RMA but I am wondering your input on this. I am also curious how the RMA process will work. Will I send it to you guys and will you test the video card because I do not want to run into a hassle and waste money shipping it there if I am not going to get a working card.
I know this is not the problem of any other parts other than my graphics card. I purchased this product from Newegg at 8/21/13. Before I installed AMD's drivers there were no white dots and I had a strange resolution (which I believe is because my PC was using my cpus onboard graphics and NOT the video cards graphics).
If I do have to RMA can you please walk me through the RMA process. Thank you all help is appreciated!
I know I will likely have to RMA but I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem. I absolutely don't want to go through the RMA process. I heard I could try baking it in the oven. Does anyone know if that will actually fix my problem.
Pleaseee answer even if you think I have to RMA I need other opinion!
