Greetings,

I have never build PC before, so I'm not sure about some of the parts.
I realy don't have much money for the PC, so I will appreciate some advices how to make the system even cheaper. Also I don't like the idea of overclocking. I prefer Intell but if AMD is a better choice for the money I will go for it.

This is my build:
CPU: Intell CORE i3-4130, 3.40GHz, 3MB, BOX, LGA1150 or AMD FX-Series X6 6300, 3.50GHz, 14MB, BOX, AM3+, Black Edition

Motherboard: ASROCK H81M-GL, H81, DDR III 1600/1333, VGA, SATA III, USB 3.0, GLAN, LGA1150 or ASROCK 960GM-VGS3 FX, AMD 760G, DDR III 1866(OC)/1600(OC)/1333/1066, VGA, GLAN, AM3+

Graphic Card: ASUS 1024M GTX650TI-1GD5 PCI-E 3.0 or ASUS 2048M GTX650TI-OC-2GD5 PCI-E 3.0 (is it worth it to buy the more expensive one?)

RAM:CORSAIR 2x4GB Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600Mhz, CMY8GX3M2A1600C9R

HDD:WD 1024GB 64MB SATA III Green

Power: I have no idea what power supply I need for this system. :D

This PC is mostly for games like League of Legends and WoW, but I also want to try all the new RPGs that came out lately.

EDIT: I don't need OS, DVD and case.
My budged is 600~650$.
It's actually higher but in my country parts are more expensive.
