and should I unpark it for gaming or Leave it ? if helps with performance then I will but if not there is no use in more power being consumed

I wont mess around with that. It can cause instability issues and other problems. If you want to improve your gaming performance, see if you can overclock your gpu (or get a better one). Also, it wouldn't hurt to update your bios to the latest version.
