every few seconds my cpu usage hits 100% and mouse, audio, screen ect freeze for a few seconds then continue as normal. when I boot in safe mode (with net) I do not have this problem.
please try to help me I am willing to answer any questions on the subject as well thanks for reading and please answer quick this is making my life very difficult.

ps I have done many virus scans/mem checks/defrags and had nothing out of the ordenary
