I have all parts installed into my case and now it's a matter of making sure everything is plugged in correctly. I'm very paranoid about messing up so I went to Best Buy (uuuuurg) to get some advice on what plugs in where.
I have a 3570k chip, Asus p8Z77-V LK board, and an OCZ modXstream 600w psu.
Guy tells me to use the 4 pin plug running off the psu for the cpu, but there is also an 8 pin plug. Said the 8 pin will fry the chip. Is this correct?
