Can my Radeon HD 6670 run Battlefield 4 on the lowest settings ?

Ignore fanboys who can't even spell nVidia, LOL. Right now, the best deal in that price area is the Radeon HD 7790. This one by XFX costs $110 and has a $20 mail-in rebate:

The HD 7750s are so close to that price that they're just not worth it.

Answer to your question, yes it can, I have this card and can play it with ultra,high,medium,low settings mixed with no lag. So yes this card handles this game fine

You are right. But would a 450W PSU be able to run the HD 7790 ? Thanks :)

Yes , you can play Battlefield 4 on custom settings with radeon hd 6670 DDR5 (ddr3 is quite slow)..
These are my settings -
Resolution - 1360 * 768
texture quality and filtering on ultra
No AA , No Vsync ,No AO(or you can set to SSAO doesn't make much difference)
and rest all are on medium settings..
Benchmark - min - 29 max 43 average - 31
