Benchmarks such as 3dMarks consistently show a Turboclock that's lower than stock clock.

Results here: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/1337554?

In the processor section, why is the turbocore clock not only lower than the rated (4.1Ghz) but even lower than the normal clock speed? Is that normal? The computer gets unusually bogged down during its physics test as well (12 to 18 fps, Fire Strike graphics test even gets 20-30 fps)

HWMonitor shows CPU high during the whole benchmark as either 44 or 47 celsius so I don't think temperature based throttling is the issue. Has anybody else with a FX 6300 had this issue? My computer has for the most part worked fine but is there any other test I should run to make sure everything is working right and to have a peace of mind?

Thanks for the help, if you need any other info let me know. ASUS UEFI is up to date (version 1903 I believe) and is set on the default setting except for turning turbocore from "Auto", which seems to be off to "Enabled".

Try disabling turboclock.

If you want to keep the difference, just OC it to the turbo frequency.
