What CPU Fan should I get?

Hi, I'm currently using the stock fan for my AMD FX 8350, and it's absolutely rubbish. I need a new fan which is good! Not too noisy, not too big, not too expensive and can support AMD CPUs, and recommendations?

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, but you need 160mm or more clearance from socket to side/top of case.
