Dell U2713HM for gaming, is it any good? If not, what should I get?

Hi everyone, I'm going to build a gaming rig quite soon, and I still haven't decided what monitor I should buy. I want something that has good picture quality, good response time (no crazy input lag), and well I just want a good all-around monitor. I have the Dell U2713HM in mind, but is the response time a deal breaker for gaming?
Thanks guys

I went from an asus monitor with a TN panel and 2ms response time. I can't even tell the difference in response time. The picture quality is significantly better though. I mostly play bf3 and league of legends. I haven't noticed any ghosting in any of the games. I got mine on sale during the 12 days of Dell deals for $600 including shipping and taxes. If you get it on sale no monitor can compete with it for quality and value. It also has a 3 year warranty and a fantastic stand, tilt, swivel, raise/lower, and rotate.
