What is the difference between them and will they run BF4 on ultra?

Solution
The first one, the "dual" has 2 BIOS options on it, so you can flash hacked up BIOS's, try beta BIOS's, etc and flip back to a "safe" BIOS with a switch

The "dual" one also has Displayport output.

As for BF4 on ultra, probably but until the final game comes out, have to see. Since AMD is getting their "Mantle" API added to BF4 in a patch, it seems for this game, AMD swayed EA, so it's a wait and see until it's out and how well, or how little, they optimize for NVidia over AMD.

Both cards look like very similar or specs and perfomance. I cant really explain the 10$ difference but i have a personal reason to guess the second will be cooler. Both will be fine running bf4 on ultra. Its 256 bit voth with 1kp+ cuda cores. Also the mem is more than enough for a single monitor at 1080p. Whats your currebt specs?are you on a single monitor? Where are you from? Maybe i can rec you another one with 2-3gb of mem with higher clock etc. I have a core i7 3770k 4.5ghz with sapphire hd 7970 and still havent find any game that push my rig to sweat. Neither crysis 3 on ultra did.
