I just built my first computer build

I am not overclocking running a I7 4770 intel cpu
The computer is working fine but my EPU AND TPU motherboard switches are both disabled should they be enabled if so
the TPU has 2 settings there is 1 disabled 2 enabled CPU ratio boost and 2 enabled CPU BCLK and CPU ratio boost
Any help would be appreciated
