Same as the title, Could a intel Pentium D 3.4 GHz Processor run minecraft at full settings, more preferably without any lag?

Your processor is only part of it.
The main thing is the graphics card, or GPU.
However, even with a decent GPU, its power will be gradually reduced if the other parts are lacking.
