How does my first PC build look?

Pc Part Picker Link:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1LAk6

Note: the Motherboard, RAM, Power Supply, and OS have already been purchased.

I plan on playing and recording Minecraft, and also multitasking.

So how does it look for my first build?

Well you should have come here befor buying.

The PSU is pretty low quality. Thermaltake does NOT make good PSUs. You could have gotten a WAY better PSU for much less money.
Drop the cooler because you won't be doing any real overclocking on that motherboard

    Everything else looks fine.
  2. i second tiny voice however asuming you dont overclock your power consuption should be low enoug hthat you can run it untill you can get a quailty psu from the likes of corsar, antec, seasonic, or xfx

That's alright, I bought the PSU for $20 from a friend, also I don't know if I need to overclock for Minecraft, ;) but I have heard that stock coolers overheat.
  4. You will not need to overclock at all. It is a hobby, more than it is for performance increase.

I would replace the PSU for sure.

  6. while they are not the best the corsair cx series is still much beter and is relativly inexpensive and should be a fine replacemetn i would get the cx500 link http://www.microcenter.com/product/406087/CX_Series_CX500M_500_Watt_ATX_Modular_Power_Supply

Try to get the M version. It is WAY better than the normal cx500 which isn't great.

the best option would be the XFX550. It can be had for like $50 sometimes less and is better than all these by a mile.
