What do i need to connect this graphics card?

Yes, that's exactly what you need if the card didn't come with one and the PSU doesn't already have one attached to it. This is assuming of course that your PSU can power it.

Yes but i would HIGHLY recommend a PSU upgrade. Your current PSU if it doesn't have PCIe Connectors on it may not be able to give the Video card enough AMPs or even if it has enough Watt to power everything. What PSU do you have already? I ran my GTX 260 which has 2 6 Pin adaptes on these ONLY because my PSU i had which is like 8 years old had high AMPs on it and could handle it. I got a Corsair CX600 now.

My PSU is a 450W, i've had a look and there is 2 connectors like there is in the picture coming from it, so i'm assuming that it will be ok?

You'd be running on bare minimum but it should run. If u get BSOD, power shutdowns, game freezes it may not be enough juice
