Was looking to get the GTX 760 or possibly the GTX 660Ti. I currently have the GT 620 along with 200W i'm pretty sure that came with the rig. Question is, what other components need to changed as well. Mother board? The 200W?

depends on the motherboard and case that was used. some vendor now dont use standard atx size cases. if your case is a low profile case then a standard hight video card wont fit. you also have to be care full that you have the lenth needed in the case to put a longer gpu in. some cases have 9 inch gpu max lenth some have ten some can take up to a 330mm long gpu. messure from the rear of the case to the drive bay.

micro atx case harder to upgrade then stock one do to there small size. a standard power supply should fit fine. the only issue i see is did they use a low hight gpu to fit in the case and how much lenth is inside the case from the rear of the case to the drive bays.

Well the height/length on my 620 is L=5.7 H=2.7
Both the GTX 760 and 660Ti are L=9.5 H=4.376
As soon as I measure the case I'll let you know

Looking at pictures of the AMC605-EF10, it's a full-width tower that will accomodate a full-height card. The power supply will be the only thing you need to change. The GT 620 is a PCI-Express vidcard so the interface won't be an issue either. Get a new PSU and you'll be good to go.

Only thing I'm worried about is the Motherboard not working with a higher PSU than 200w. I talked with a costumer support to ask them the same question and they told me the Motherboard would not synchronize with anything higher than 200W and that I would have to replace the Motherboard. At the same time I've having people tell me what you just said about the PSU change as well, just unsure of what to do. Also I just had someone tell me about an hour that the length of the GTX 760 or 660Ti (9.5in) may not fit inside of the casing because it's much smaller.
