So, here is a link to the product I bought via Newegg - MSI N770 Lightning.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The specs say that I should be getting ~7 GHz Memory clock, and ~1202 Mhz Core. My MSI Afterburner reads that under full load (BF4 in this case), my max memory clock was 3506, and my max core clock was 1241. The core clock seems about right.. However, my memory clock seems to be significantly underperforming.

Can anybody explain what's going on here? This is my 2nd card of the N770 - the first needed an RMA, and I almost wonder if this one does as well.

DDR = Double Data Rate ... so take the number ya see in GPU-z and double it.

Thanks a lot.. Did not take that into account.. So then my card seems to be performing as advertised.

I appreciate the simple yet critical help!
