Ive been thinking that since i have an a10 6800k cpu with integrated graphics (apu) and now i have a GTX 660 Superclocked gpu, i should run both together to get max graphics performance. But is it possible to do such because theyre not the same manufactuer, amd and nvidia. So is this possible? Thanks!

Yea wouldn't that be great. But even if it was possible the difference between AMD and nVidia would just be to buggy I would think.
