ya it's either your power supply or your CPU overheating. Try replacing your psu if you can (idk if you feel comfortable with that, theres pleanty of tutorials on yt) and if that doesn't work you'll either need a new CPU cooler or just replace the thermal paste. Also you should upgrade your RAM, since you are running an APU it relies on the system RAM therefor highly benefits from faster ram. get some 1866MHz RAM such as http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233170 it will highly enhance your gaming

i checked my temp while playing saint row the third on medium graphics
CPU 72C
Motherboard 35C
Graphic 57C
HardDrive 35C

Pc shutdown just after 2 minutes of gameplay , had to use my phone to record the temps because it just goes off without alert

cpu is overheating. If you can yourself i would either just replace the thermal paste but if you want to go ahead and spead an extra $10-15 you can grab an aftermarket cooler. Just make sure it will fit your socket.

Sounds like overheating. Does it make a lot of noise? Loud fans etc? It's possible that the cooler is ineffective or incorrectly seated. sammyssb's suggestion should help. If not, the PSU may be faulty.

i replaced the thermal paste and now my CPU temp is 15C and while playing heavy games like saint row the third goes up to 40 no more
i think the problem is solved now , only thing i have noticed is pc freezed for a second after 3 minutes of playing ( nope temp was normal still maxed at 40 ) then game crashed , not pc . so i belive that was just game issue not overheating anymore . anyway thanks guys especially sammyssb :) i will keep playing and will post if it happens again

I'm glad i could help! please do post more if you have more problems. One last not is that since your temps are now under control, you may want to grab a new power supply. Can be gotten at staples for like $30. Not the best quality but they will work for a lighter system like it seems like you have.

OP is already running a crummy PSU, lets not point him to go buy another one. get something of decent quality, like antec, seasonic etc.
