Windows Basic Display Adapter, Problem Recognizing integrated graphics, Windows 8.

I have just bought a computer recently, but the graphics are integrated ATI Radeon Xpress 200 but it is saying that it has 'Windows Basic Display Adapter'. I also just got done with installing windows 8 from the previous windows XP. I tried playing League of Legends but only got 2 FPS. Please help me.
