If you have Windows XP Bootable CD, Boot the Pc from Win XP,
After boot, it takes some times to loading file and after that it stable on a screen.
There is an option name R-Repair.
Press "R" Key on that screen, it takes you to Command line mode.
Type your Administrator Password there.
and then run chkdsk c: /r

It takes some time to scan your system Drive.
after complete this run same utility to all your drive.
and restart your computer.
