i have c2d e7400 @ 2.80 ghz, 4gb ram, gtx 650, corsair vs450.
i tried to overclock my cpu with setfsb as i have locked bios. I was succeeded and i overclocked it to 3.25 ghz everything ran good and cool. but i tried to restart to see if my system will boot again and it doesnt boot and i cut the power and then started agin then booted fine and this happens sometimes not everytime. Will it do any harm to my pc, if i reset clocks to normal then restart or shutdown, will it fix my problem. thanks in advance.

Resetting your clock to normal, then shutdown and restart does not hurt your system. You'll have to test it to see if it will fix your problem.
