CPU, MOBO, GPU seem hot?

I built my first computer and now the hardware are hotter than before.
CPU
AMD FX-8320 34 °C
Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM
10.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 642MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. M5A97 R2.0 (Socket 942) 41 °C
Graphics
Acer P186H (1366x768@60Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner) 37 °C
Hard Drives
932GB Seagate ST310005 28AS SATA Disk Device (SATA) 31 °C

Im using a CM 431 Elite case with 2 extra XIGMATEK XSF-F1252 case fans
EDIT: forgot to add this is just when browsing the internet with spotify in the background

Still within operating limits. GPU's have max temp of 95-105°C depending on generation and people do not start worrying until they hit 80°C, Your CPU if with stock cooler high 50's C even 60 would be normal.

But when i play a game the temp rises to about 55 sometimes 60
