please help! I want to upgrade my video card but I can't see to install it. If I put it in with my old one, neither one works. ( I'm assuming there is a conflict but I have no video to see what i'm doing.) and if I try it by it's self, it's not installed so it don't work that way either... what are my options?

BTW it's a readeon r9250pci-d3 by ATI

Desktop? If so remove/uninstall old card in device manager, shut down and replace card, start up with new card which will display on windows default vga driver and install drivers for the new card!
