Hi,
I have a i7 4770k overclocked to 4.2 ghz with 1.150 voltage. I also have a evga gtx 770 sc acx cooling. The idle temp of the cpu is around 55c and the idle temp of the gpu is 38c. I was trying to play bf4 beta and my temps were high even on low settings, around 70c on the cpu with my security system giving a notification of high cpu voltage and my gpu went up to about 67c. Im not very sure which one it is but one of them is very loud when i start a game of bf4. I have a rxpc rasa750 360mm watercooling for my cpu. Are all these things normal or not? Thanks for the help.

Solution
If not familiar with liquid cooling might see if you have a friend who is that can help, I'd pull the cooler, check all out and reinstall with new thermal compound
