Can you check this build for me? I'm currently in college and have to stay in the campus so my budget is only around $600-700. The build does not include keyboard, monitor, mouse or operating system.

Solution
too much for your cpu, not enough for your gpu. you need to swap that around. you'll see a significant jump in performance with a fx6300 or even just backing it down to an i3+hd7950 over that haswell i5-4670+hd 7850.
