my processor is Intel core2duo E7500 @ 2.93GHZ & graphic card is Radeon HD6670 2GB DDR3.
I want to upgrade my CPU & GPU so please help me in knowing which is the best CPU & Graphics card for US$400.What about FX8350 as CPU & GTX 650 Ti Boost as Garphics card.So Please tell if these are right option for the budget or are there any better CPUs & GPUs than these two.

you'll need a motherboard and possible ram as well... but as for best use of 400 on a gpu/cpu combo?

probably a fx8320 + hd7950
use the saved cash (it will run you closer to $350) to get a good cpu cooler and a nice motherboard

The problem is that in upgrading to any modern CPU, you'll need a new motherboard and ram as well, which doesn't really leave you any budget for a decent GPU...I'd start with all that and save some more for a PSU/GPU upgrade as well

It really depends on the games you are playing that warrants the upgrade.

The real question is what is your RAM and PSU.

Assuming that your psu is compatible look at this build:

Here is a good longterm PSU , It is a 650W for future Crossfire/OC and ofc modular - 70$

If you Prefer an 8 core CPU you will need another 60$~80$

Its up to you

In India & u wont believe whats the price of HD7950. its like RS25k-27k which in US$=350-400:pfff: .thats y im in tight budget.im thinking of buying just the cpu for recent games & maybe after couple of months buy a great GPU.And for gaming i guess u have to invest more on GPU thts y i
thought of amd's Fx8320 or 8350 for now.what do u think.

Ok, for $400 I can show you how to get a motherboard, RAM, a CPU and a great card:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 - $120
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Mobo: ASRock 970 Pro3 - $65
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
RAM: 4GB DDR3 (Add the two you have to this) - $43
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Video Card: Powercolor Radeon HD 7870XT 2GB - $180 (-$30 mail-in-rebate)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Well, $408, close enough considering that after the mail-in-rebate it will be $378 LOL
